We Are Our People

The delivery of proven termite management systems for residential and commercial projects is not just about the product. Construction is complex and effective protection can only be delivered by good people with genuine experience and proper training. Our people are at the core of our network and central to the high level of protection, installation and on-site collaboration that define the way we work.

“Architects and builders across the country benefit from the focus we maintain on our people. No other company in this sector gets close to our levels of investment, resources and training. The value of people with knowledge and real experience proves itself on site and in the integrity of the protection.” – James Damianopoulos – TMA Corporation Director and COO

Q What is the Termimesh System?

A marine grade stainless steel mesh designed to be the superior termite barrier. Termites cannot penetrate or damage the Termimesh System. The apertures are too small for termites to squeeze through and the steel too hard for them to chew through.

Q How does the Termimesh System work?

It is installed during construction around service pipes coming through the slab and in the cavity walls as a physical barrier, sealing off these hidden termite entry points.

Q Is Termimesh proven?

Yes. The system has been protecting Aussie homes for over 20 years. Over 400,000 homes are being protected by Termimesh right now.

It has been extensively tested by CSIRO and is included in the Australian Standard for termite control. Termimesh also complies with Building Code of Australia and is CodeMark approved.

Q How much is the Termimesh System?

The price varies depending on the style of the home. Cheaper products do exist but none give you the total protection of Termimesh TMA 725 stainless steel. Contact us to find out how affordable Termimesh is. Alternatively it's simple for your builder to include it in your contract.

Q Is Termimesh Guaranteed?

Definitely. Only Termimesh is protected by the Pledge guarantee*.

Our Pledge guarantee is unique to Termimesh and comes with a no dollar limit in the unlikely event of a claim. Pledge is a timber replacement guarantee covering the installation, materials and ongoing effectiveness of the Termimesh System.

*The Pledge guarantee is limited and conditions apply.

Q What makes Termimesh the safest choice for new homes?

Termimesh is a premium product, technically advanced, poison free and protected by the industry’s safest guarantee. It's a long lasting barrier which saves you money over time. It will protect your whole home, whilst being safe for your family and the environment.

Note: The Termimesh System is a termite management system as defined in Australian Standard 3660.1 2014 Section 5. The purpose of a termite management system in new construction is to deter concealed entry from the soil into the building. Australian Standards also recommend regular termite inspections.
