Why did you call your company Care Technical Services?
Due to my professional multi-skill levels, it has always been difficult to promote all of the trade disciplines to the marketplace, so I had to change the perception in the community - hence the name Care Technical Services. At Care Technical Services we really do care about the customer. All of our technicians were trained by me to provide the same level of friendly, professional service to each and every customer. At the end of the day, if the customer is happy, then we are happy.
How will I know I am dealing with a Master Electrician?
Accredited Master Electricians can identify themselves in their telephone listings, advertising and printed material they provide to customers. The electrical and communications association is responsible for monitoring the performance of accredited Master Electricians. The ECA checks the credentials and systems of electrical contractors who apply to be Master Electricians, undertakes regular audits, provides avenues for customer feedback, and investigates any complaints.
